Take the lead in the production of marketing literature
In consultation with key staff within Sutherland identify the need for marketing material. Ensure information from the Development Department on current schemes is accurately reflected in marketing material Discuss the concepts with designers for them to provide design options for the marketing material. Co-ordinate the internal process to secure an agreement on the final document In consultation and liaison with the printers order the required number of copies To co-ordinate the ongoing review of existing sales and marketing literature to ensure it remains current and effective Support the sales programme for new sites Ensure that marketing plans for a specific site are agreed and in place to ensure maximum take up of homes prior to handover With the sales staff ensure that all site signage is in place when show homes become available. Ensure that the site sales office has available all marketing material and information required
Support the sales team to sell of plan Ensure that the promotional material supports this method of selling homes Develop and review the use of visual aids and computer technology to facilitate this strategy Support key staff in the development of a strategy for selling homes of plan Support the programme with the development of marketing events that promotes the availability of homes to a wider audience Promote the Sutherland brand
To research and write articles on Sutherland schemes and customers for inclusion in journals etc Advise on the maintenance of the photographic library. Ensure the accuracy of all databases, spreadsheets and other forms of management information that may be used Develop with the sales team a strategy on corporate gifts that enhance the brand. Act as a central focal point for staff, designers photographers and printers Produce quarterly editorial contribution to Home Focus Magazine Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities and provide reports as necessary Obtain best price for external services, keeping within agreed budget for each scheme * project Regularly update sales *marketing sections of all websites promoting Sutherland schemes Co-ordinate production of bid documents Produce a range of news letters for customers and other key stakeholders For more opportunities, please visit www.synergygroup.co.uk.
